    Charge/Discharge Electrode Properties of Asymmetry Electrochemical Capacitor with High Currents

    • 摘要: 采用Ni(OH)2和比表面积为1114 m2/g的活性炭分别作正、负电极材料,不对称电化学电容器(67 mm×20 mm×170 mm)在0.24 A/s的放电速率下,电容量达14000 F,6000次反复充放电的容量衰减为9.4%,72 h后的自放电为17%。分析表明:高比表面积活性炭的表面化学性质、杂质含量以及测试温度都将影响不对称电化学电容器的容量稳定性。

       

      Abstract: Electrochemical capacitor with 67 mm length,20 mm width and 170 mm height,was assembled with asymmetry electrode,in which Ni(OH)_2 and activated carbon was used as the anode and cathode electrode materials,respectively.High capacitance was given of 14 000 F with the high discharge velocity of 0.24 A/s if activated carbon with the specific surface area of 1 114 m~2/g was chosen. Moreover,its(capacitance) would keep high and decrease only 9.4% even if it was charged and discharged repeatedly from 1.6 to 0.8 V...
