酯类手性液晶的质谱研究
Mass Spectrometric Research of Chiral Liquid Crystals of Ester Family

摘要: 测定了两系列手性液晶——光活性(+)-对-烷氧基苯甲酸-对′(2-甲基丁氧基)苯酯类化合物(d)AmPAB,系列Ⅰ和光活性(+)-对-(2-甲基丁氧基)苯甲酸-对′-烷氧基苯酯类化合物AP(d)AmB,系列Ⅱ的电子轰击质谱,讨论了它们的质谱裂解机理。场解吸质谱和气相色谱/质谱联用应用于酯类手性液晶混合物的分析,结果十分满意。Abstract: Two series of chiral compounds, esters of ( + )-p-2-methylbutyloxy-phenyl-p-alkyloxy-benzoic acid and esters of ( + )-p-alkyloxy-phenyl-p-2-methylbutyloxy benzoic acid were determinated with electron impact mass spectrometry. The mechanism of their fragmentation was discussed. A commercial chiral liquid crystal mixture is satisfactorily analyzed by using field desorption/mass spectrometry and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.
