    Advanced Process Control for Industrial Polypropylene Process

    • 摘要: 针对H im ont Spheripo l工艺的大型聚丙烯工业装置实时控制的复杂性,提出了一种基于质量指标推断控制的先进控制解决方案。该方案已成功应用于某炼油厂的聚丙烯工业装置,长周期的运行结果证实了该方案可以减少产品质量波动,提高产率并减轻操作人员的工作强度,取得了显著的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: An advanced process control solution for Himont Spheripol license polypropylene process is proposed.Based on the first principle model,the performance indexes indicating the product quality are calculated.Based on the performance calculation and internal model control with closed-loop identification method,a strategy for direct quality control is proposed.The application results of a real industrial polypropylene process has verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution.
