    外部信息对企业作用机制的探析

    Influence Mechanism of External Information on Enterprise

    • 摘要: 探讨了外部信息对企业作用的途径与方式,归纳出外部事件驱动、企业内部问题驱动及企业发展战略驱动三个不同层次的外部信息作用机制,着重分析了外部信息受企业重视程度与对企业作用机制两者间的关系。在此基础上阐明了处于市场经济体制下的国有企业要摆脱困境,求生存与发展就必须转变为发展战略驱动型的企业,必须从战略高度持久灵活地开发与利用外部信息的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The approaches and means of influence on enterprise by external information is studied,and three different level's influence mechanisms of external information are induced.They are external event driven,internal problem driven and development strategy driven mechanisms.The relationship between the extent of enterprise attention to external information and the influence mechanism is analyzed.Based on the study,it is shown that for state owned enterprises to prosper in market economical system,a development strategy driven mechanism must be taken,and the theoretic basis for the conclusion is expounded.
