    冷冻高压区域熔炼萃取技术与GC-MS联用检测水中有机污染物

    Determination of Organic Pollutants in Water by Frozen Pressurized Zone Melting Extraction Followed with GC-MS

    • 摘要: 将区域熔炼与高压溶剂萃取技术结合,发展了用于样品前处理的冷冻高压区域熔炼技术。该方法富集倍数达19.5倍,与传统的液 液萃取方法相比,具有更高的富集效率且操作更加简便。将此冷冻高压区域熔炼方法应用于河水中污染物的富集,成功检测出水样中苯乙酸甲酯、2 己基 1 正辛醇、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)4种有机污染物。

       

      Abstract: As a new ample pretreatment technology, the frozen pressurized zone melting technique is developed based on zone melting technology and high pressurized liquid extraction technology. An enrichment factor of 19.5 was achieved. The frozen pressurized zone melting method is more efficient and more convenient compared with the traditional liquid liquid extraction method. The new method was applied to extract organic pollutants in river water. Four kinds of pollutants including methylphenylacetate, 2 hexyl 1 octaanol, DIDP, DBP were successfully detected.
