    Sieving Effect and Purification of Ginkgo biloba L. Flavone Based on the Post Cross-Linked Resin with Homogeneous Pore

    • 摘要: 在D avankov后交联方法的基础上,改变后交联剂的分子结构,使后交联反应过程中发生再次交联,合成了一类孔径小而均匀的新型孔结构吸附树脂。该树脂比表面积大、吸附容量大,具备小尺寸精确筛分的能力,可将模拟样品中分子尺寸不同的苯酚与槲皮素分离,苯酚去除率达到97.6%,而槲皮素基本不损失。将其用于银杏叶提取物的纯化,去除其中小分子杂质,可使得银杏黄酮的纯度由25.2%提高到50.8%。

       

      Abstract: The new type adsorbent resin with more homogeneous and smaller pore was synthesized by changing the configuration of cross-linking reagent based on the Davankov post-linking method.In Preserving the high specific area,this kind of resin has the accurate sieving effect and can eliminate 97.56% phenol from the mixed solution of phenol and quercetin with different molecular dimension.The result of the extraction purification of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves show that the smaller impurities are eliminated,and the content of Ginkgo biloba L.flavone can be increased from 25.2% to 50.8% based on the sieving effect of this kind of novel polymeric adsorbent.
