Abstract: Segmented Polyurethaneureas based on MDI, PPO-EO polyether and a diamine used as chain extender such as diphenylmethane, toluene diamine and diethyltoluene diamine were synthesized. IR spectra of polyurethaneureas indicate the distribution of hydrogen bonds in the hard segment domain and interface between the domains and soft segment phases. SME diagrams show the morphologies of studied series, and the mechanical properties demonstrate the consequences of the morphologies.
