    压力衰减法测定CO2在固态聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯中的溶解度

    Solubility of CO2 in Solid State PET by Pressure-Decay Method

    • 摘要: 利用压力衰减法测定了CO2在固态聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中的溶解度。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了经CO2溶解后固态PET结晶度的变化并计算了CO2在固态PET非晶区中的溶解度。结果表明:同一温度下CO2的溶解度随着压力的升高逐渐增加,且在低压下(约<8 MPa)溶解度和压力几乎成线性关系,符合亨利定律。而在同一压力下,温度对溶解度的影响不是很大,低压时不同温度下的溶解度几乎相同,高压下温度越高溶解度反而越小。采用Sanchez-Lacombe状态方程关联预测了373.15 K3、98.15 K和423.15 K下的CO2在固态PET非晶区中的溶解度数据,最大关联误差为6.69%。

       

      Abstract: Solubility of CO_2 in solid state PET was measured by pressure-decay method.In order to calculate solubility of CO_2 in amorphous region of PET,the crystallinity of solid state PET dissolved by CO_2 at different pressures and temperatures was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The solubility increases with pressure,and when the pressure is below 8 MPa it follows the linear relationship and meets the Henry's law.The effect of temperature on solubility is weak and the data of solubility at...
