    Simulation of Complex Forward Flow Multi-effect Evaporation System

    • 摘要: 建立了复杂并流蒸发系统的数学模型,提出了一种采用常规迭代法求解的计算方法,采用面向对象的Pascal语言编制了该算法的计算程序,可对二效至七效常规和复杂并流蒸发系统进行模拟计算。以碱液为例,对三效并流的5种流程进行了计算和比较,结果表明模型准确、高效,是一种很好的工程算法。

       

      Abstract: The mathematical model of complex forward flow multi-effect evaporation is established with condensed water to preheat feed directly, or with condensed water flash, with all or part of flash(vapor) used to heat feed, or all of flash vapor serves as the heating medium for the next evaporators. A calcu-lation method utilizing conventional iteration is presented. Utilizing object pascal, a calculation program corresponding to the above-mentioned method is developed. This program can be used to simulate two to seven effects ordinary and complex evaporation systems. Utilizing this program to calculate and compare five kinds of process of three effects forward flow evaporation process of sodium hydroxide solution is an example. The result of calculation shows that the model is reliable.
