    Optimal Control Strategies Based on Neural Networks for Formaldehyde Production Process

    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于神经网络的自学习稳态优化控制新方法。证明了优化算法的收敛性。收敛速度快,无需数学模型,只需目标函数和一些操作变量的量测量值,实施方便,通过对甲醛生产的优化计算,求得了在满足产品质量和产量约束条件下使原料单耗最低的最优操作条件。与实际操作相比较,本文所提供的优化条件,可显著地降低原料单耗,提高产品质量,并能廷长催化剂寿命。

       

      Abstract: A new method of self-lcarning optimal control bascd on neural networks is proposed for a formaldehyde process.The convergence of the optimal control algorithm is proved.Optimum conditions are obtained with constrains on quality and reaction rate of production employing the yield as the objective function,It is shown that higher quality of he product can be guaranteed,raw material consumption reduced and the life of catalysts prolonged by this operating condition compared with the practical condition of the plant.
