    • 摘要: 通过二乙基氨基纤维素柱色谱和凝胶过滤柱色谱对桑叶碱提粗多糖进行分级分离,从桑叶中获得了均一多糖组分MPA-1。通过糖组成分析、甲基化分析、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、IR等对MPA-1的一级结构进行了鉴定。结果表明:MPA-1是一个重均分子量为1.1×105的葡聚糖,它的主链由α1,4-葡萄糖残基相互连接而成,并存在少量1,6-连接方式的侧链,分支点位于葡萄糖的O-3和O-2位。 定

       

      Abstract: A homogeneous polysaccharide MPA-1 was for the first time obtained from the alkali extract of mulberry leaves by DEAEcellulose and gel filtration chromatography. MPA-1 with a molecular mass of 1.1×105 consist of glucose. A combination of linkage analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra analysis revealed that MPA-1 possess a α-(1→4)glucan backbone and the side chains attached to the O-3, O-2 of glucose residues, including terminal, 1,6-linked glucose.
