    The Coulping Process of Pervaporation and Ethyl Acetate Synthetic Reaction

    • 摘要: 以聚酰胺羧酸为渗透蒸发膜的基本材料,采用二地羧酸进行膜改性。研究了膜的分离特性,从中选择合适的渗透蒸发膜,并与乙酸乙酯合成反应耦合,获得了较好的结果,从而提出了一种新的酯化反应工艺路线。

       

      Abstract: Using polyamide acid as the pervaporation membrane material,and biatomic acid as the chemical modificatlon agent on the membrane,the separation characteristics of pervaporation membrane were studied.The suitable membrane(M2)was chosen to coulp the synthetic reaction of ethyl acetate,These experimental results were obtained. The conversion degree of acetic acid was more than 90 per cent.The new technology process of the esterification reaction of ethvl acetate might be proposed.
