Abstract:
The regularity of dense pneumatic conveying pulverous coal at ambient temperature was studied. Many experiments are carried out and the maximal solid loading ratio of pulverous coal is 512.5 kg/kg. The applied foreground of dense phase pneumatic conveying in pulverous coal gasification is introduced. The relationship between solid loading ratio and pressure drop per unit length is obtained. Using least square, 52 groups experimental data were imitated, a fitting equation between solid loading ratio, froude number and mass flow rate was obtained.
