    Determination of Diffusion Rate of Liquid in Coating by Electric Capacity Method

    • 摘要: 通过测量浸入介质液的涂层(基片)、介质液以及涂层本身的介电系数,计算浸入涂层的的体积分数,再利用对Fick第二定律的级数解,求得介质的扩散系数,以评价涂层的质量。

       

      Abstract: The determination of diffusion coefficient of the medium liquid in the polymer coating by capacity method has been investigated. The dielectric coefficients of the coatingsubstract, the medium liquid and the coating itself were determined. The diffusion coefficient of the medium liquid was calculated according to Fick's second law.
