    基于双变量控制原理的变压变频新方法

    A Novel Method of VVVF Based on Two-Variable Control Theory

    • 摘要: 阐述了在变频调速系统中运用变压变频技术的必要性,分析了使用传统余弦交点法进行在线变压变频存在的缺陷,进而提出了基于双变量控制原理、自然无环流控制和对称余弦法的变压变频新方法,给出了在保持输出频率不变条件下闭环调压的具体实现方法。对变压变频新方法的实验结果进行了仿真、分析和比较,验证了新方法具有良好的控制效果。

       

      Abstract: The necessity of VVVF (variable-voltage and variable-frequency) technology in variable (frequency) speed regulation systems is expounded. The limitation of online VVVF by the traditional cosine join method is analyzed. Based on the two-variable control theory, the natural non-circumfluence control method and the symmetrical cosine join method a novel method of VVVF is put forward. The particular realization method of closed loop VVVF technique with invariable output frequency is given. Finally, the test result by the novel method of VVVF is simulated and analyzed, and a good control effect of the novel method is validated.
