    Study on Preparation and Application of GD-46 Macroreticular Polymer Adsorbent

    • 摘要: 本文介绍苯乙烯-二乙烯苯系列非极性大网格聚合物吸附剂GD-46的合成规律、物理性能、它对赤霉素(920)、螺旋霉素等生物活性物质的吸附能力。结果表明,吸附能力比日本的Diaion HP-20高4%(静态吸附容量)和10.5%(动态吸附容量),在选择性吸附性能上也优越。为吸附法提取有关生物活性物质(赤霉素、螺旋霉素等)提供了优良分离介质。

       

      Abstract: GD-46 Macroreticulor Polymer adsorbent which belongs to the series of styrene-divinylbenzene polymers was developed in our laboratory. It has high adsorption capacity for active bio-substances, Such as Gibberellic Acid (920), Spiramycin etc., because of its apparent non-polarity, large specific surface area and suitable aperture. The way of preparation and physical properties of GD-46 macroreticular polymer adsorbent were studied. The tests for adsorption of Gibberellic Acid and Spiramycin were accomplished. The results showed that the adsorption capacities for above-mentioned substances are 4% (static) and 10.5% (dynamic) higher than Diaion HP-20 (made in Japan), and the performance of selective adsorption is also superior to Diaion HP-20, so that GD-46 Macroreticular polymer is an excellent adsorbent to separate such active bio-substances as Gibberellic Acid (920), Spiramycin from fermentation broth.
