    高热稳定性可共晶钾盐复合物的研究

    Eutectic Potassium Salt Compound with High Thermal Stability

    • 摘要: 研究了KCl、KBr和K2SO4三元复合物的共晶行为、耐温性能、影响规律及具有低熔和高耐温性能可共晶复合物的配方。结果表明:复合物中的成分只有达到一定浓度,才能形成共晶混合物;KCl、KBr和K2SO4三者对共晶形成的影响程度不同,影响程度从强到弱的次序为KBr > KCl > K2SO4;复合物组成存在最佳质量分数:KCl 20%~30%,KBr 20%~40%,K2SO4 30%~40%,在此质量分数下,复配物具有最大的可共晶质量分数。共晶复合物的耐温性能与其组成相关,当KCl、KBr、K2SO4质量分数分别为30%、30%、40%时,共晶复合物达到最高耐热温度(717 ℃),复合物同时具有最低的熔点(662 ℃)。实验室制得的钾盐复合物干粉与市售产品相比,具有熔点低、分解温度高的特点。

       

      Abstract: Eutectic behavior,thermal stability,influence law and formulation of eutectic compound with low melting point and high thermal stability of KCl、KBr and K2SO4 ternary compound are studied.The eutectic compound can be formed under certain component concentration.The sequence of influence degree of KCl,KBr and K2SO4 on the formulation of eutectic compound is KBr > KCl > K2SO4.When the mass fractions of KCl,KBr and K2SO4 are 20%~30%,20%~40% and 30%~40%,respectively,the combination has the widest eutectic scope.The compound thermal stability is related to the component concentration.When the mass fractions of KCl,KBr and K2SO4 are 30%,30% and 40%,respectively,the eutectic compound reaches the highest decomposition temperature (717℃) and the lowest melting point temperature (662℃).The product made in our lab shows lower melting point and higher decomposition temperature than those of commercially available ones.
