    微观规则织构表面人工髋关节润滑性能数值研究

    Numerical Study on Effects of Micro-Spherical Surface Texture on Lubrication Performance of Artificial Hip Joints

    • 摘要: 选择具有微观球面纹理的人工髋关节作为研究对象,通过几何建模,基于雷诺方程,构建了具有规则球面纹理表面的人工髋关节的计算模型。运用MATLAB软件编程,针对一个具体的算例,研究了球面纹理对人工髋关节润滑性能的影响规律以及球面纹理几何尺寸的变化对人工髋关节性能的影响。结果表明:相对于表面光滑的人工髋关节,带微凸体的表面可以提升人工髋关节的承载能力,带微陷体表面的人工髋关节承载能力较差;带微凸体表面的人工髋关节织构尺寸越大,承载能力越好;带微陷体表面的人工髋关节织构尺寸越大,承载能力则越差。

       

      Abstract: Latest researches have demonstrated that micro surface texture can affect the lubrication performance of artificial hip joints.In this paper,a numerical model of artificial hip joints with micro-spherical surface texture was established,taking the Reynolds equation as the theoretical basis.Aiming at a specific example,the effect of surface texture and the variety of its parameters on the lubrication performance of artificial hip joints were analyzed systematically by using the mathematical software MATLAB.Comparing artificial hip joint with smooth surface,artificial hip joints with raised surface texture can improve the loading capacity of the artificial hip joints,while artificial hip joints with sunken surface texture will decrease its loading capapcity.And the larger the size of the raised surface texture is,the better effect it has in lubrication performance.However,the larger the size of the sunken surface texture is,the worse effect it will has.
