    Yb3+/Er3+/Tm3+三掺YF3上转换发光性质的研究

    Upconversion Luminescence Properties of Yb3+/Er3+/Tm3+ Tridoped YF3

    • 摘要: 以氟化钇(YF3)为基质材料,采用共沉淀法合成了YF3:Yb3+/Er3+/Tm3+上转换发光材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重差热分析仪(DTA)和荧光光谱分析对材料的物相结构、烧结温度和发光性质进行了研究。结果表明,掺入稀土离子没有改变YF3晶体结构,在980 nm近红外波长激发下,出现了多个波段的发光现象,Yb3+、Er3+、Tm3+不同的掺杂量分别对应于材料不同的发光规律。本文还探讨了上转换发光机制,确定了该体系荧光粉的最佳烧结温度。

       

      Abstract: A series of YF3:Yb3+/Er3+/Tm3+ upconversion materials were synthesized via the chemical coprecipitation method based on yttrium fluoride (YF3).The phase structure,sintering temperature and luminescence properties of the as-prepared products were characterized by XRD,DTA and the fluorescence spectrum analysis.The results showed that the crystal structure of YF3 didn't change after tridoping Yb3+/Er3+/Tm3+.The luminescence phenomenon of multiple bands appeared under the 980 nm near-infrared excitation.Different doping amounts of Yb3+,Er3+,Tm3+ correspond to different luminescence laws.The upconversion mechanism was also discussed,and the optimum sintering temperature of the phosphors was determined.
