Abstract:
A series of YF
3:Yb
3+/Er
3+/Tm
3+ upconversion materials were synthesized via the chemical coprecipitation method based on yttrium fluoride (YF
3).The phase structure, sintering temperature and luminescence properties of the as-prepared products were characterized by XRD,DTA and the fluorescence spectrum analysis. The results showed that the crystal structure of YF
3 didn't change after tridoping Yb
3+/Er
3+/Tm
3+.The luminescence phenomenon of multiple bands appeared under the 980 nm near-infrared excitation.Different doping amounts of Yb
3+,Er
3+,Tm
3+ correspond to different luminescence laws. The upconversion mechanism was also discussed, and the optimum sintering temperature of the phosphors was determined.
