Abstract:
Poly(
L-lactic acid) and poly(methyl methacrylate) were used to prepare blending membranes through solution blending method. The miscibility of PLLA and PMMA in membranes was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The blending membrane is a partial miscible system.Blending membranes were degraded in base solution to prepare porous membranes. The results show that the blending ratio has an influence on the subtle structure of membranes after degradation.when
m(PLLA)/
m(PMMA)=25/75,the remaining membrane is mainly composed of particles and fibers;when
m(PLLA)/
m(PMMA)=50/50 or 75/25,the membrane after degradation is obviously composed of nanoparticles,of which the size is in the range of 60-100 nm.Therefore, porous membranes can be convenienthy prepared via the combination of the partial miscible polymer blending system and the degrading method of the base solution.
