Abstract:
1H-NMR method was established for identification of mannatide:A portion of the anomeric region of each spectrum (
δ 4.89~5.90) was selected as the "fingerprint" identification region.The tested samples spectra were compared with the standard reference spectrum of mannatide,using correlation coefficient to calculate the similarity.The specificity,repeatability and precision of this method were investigated.There was no significant difference between the tested samples spectra and reference spectrum,and the similarity was greater than 0.95.Methodological evaluation showed the specificity of
1H-NMR identification method was satisfactory.The
1H-NMR method established in this assay was simple,reproducible and specific,which was suitable for identification of mannatide.
