    表面改性纳米二氧化硅颗粒乳化十二醇甘油体系

    Glycerol-Dodecanol System Emulsified by Surface Modified Nanosilica

    • 摘要: 两亲性的固体颗粒可以作为Pickering乳化剂稳定油水两相乳液。在纳米二氧化硅表面修饰了烷基磺酸和烷基链,合成了具有催化乳化双功能的两性Pickering界面催化剂。通过控制丙基磺酸和烷基的比例和链长可以调节材料表面的两亲性,并将其应用于十二醇-甘油这种无水两相体系的乳化。乳液稳定性研究表明该有机-无机杂化的两性纳米颗粒对十二醇-甘油体系表现出优异的乳化性能,其乳液类型和稳定性受到十二醇与甘油的体积比和体系中水、盐、表面活性剂的影响。

       

      Abstract: Amphiphilic solid particles can be applied to stabilize oil-water emulsions as Pickering emulsifier.Pickering interfacial catalysts with dual function of catalysis and emulsification were synthesized by grafting sulfonic alkyl and alkyl chains on nanosilica.By adjusting the ratio and chain length of sulfonic propyl and alkyl,the amphiphilicities of modified nanosilicas were adjusted to emulsify dodecanol-glycerol nonaqueous biphasic system.Studies on Pickering emulsion stability indicate that this kind of organic-inorganic hybrid possesses an excellent emulsifying ability to dodecanol-glycerol system,and emulsion type and stability can be affected by the volume ratio of dodecanol to glycerol,water,salt and surfactant.
