金属络合效应对草酸HPLC分析的影响及消除

摘要:
电镀废水中“金属-络合剂”带来的络合效应可能会降低高效液相色谱(HPLC)对络合剂分析的准确度,本文以镍-草酸作为模式化合物,考察了络合效应对于络合剂草酸HPLC分析的影响,辅以紫外-可见光全波长扫描对络合效应的影响进行验证,发现200mg/L的镍离子对草酸定性分析的影响较小,保留时间的变化幅度为1.2%;200mg/L的镍离子对草酸定量分析的影响较大,峰面积的分析误差为33.7%。最终提出了氢氧化物沉淀的预处理方法以消除络合效应,使得峰面积的变化幅度降为1.7%,从而提高了电镀废水中草酸HPLC分析的准确度。

Abstract:
The complexation effect brought by metal-complexing agent in electroplating wastewater may reduce the accuracy of determining complexing agent by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Taken the nickel-oxalate as the model compound, the research on the complexation effect of oxalic acid in HPLC analysis has been studied. The UV-visible wavelength scanning was used to prove the complexation effect. It was found that the 200mg/L nickel ions has less impact on qualitative analysis of oxalic acid and the retention time varied only 1.2%. The influence of nickel ions on the quantitative analysis of oxalic acid was large. The variation range of peak area was 33.7%. Finally, the pretreatment method of hydroxide precipitation was proposed to eliminate the complexation effect so that the variation range of peak area was reduced to 1.7%, which improved the accuracy of determining the oxalic acid by HPLC in electroplating wastewater.
