F型粉煤灰氧化铝提取潜力研究

摘要:
本文对具有代表性的四种F型粉煤灰——低含钙灰(FCFA)、高含钙灰(CCFA)、高含铝灰(ACFA)、高烧失重灰(LCFA),运用XRF、XRD等表征方法及盐酸浸取手段,研究了原灰的化学组成、物相组成以及反应活性,不同粉煤灰中氧化铝浸取活性不同的原因,以及提高粉煤灰化学反应活性的新方法。实验发现,FCFA中主要矿物为莫来石和石英,CCFA中主要为石英、CaO,ACFA中主要为莫来石,LCFA中主要为玻璃相。CCFA和LCFA中的Al2O3主要以玻璃体形式存在,直接盐酸浸取可以分别实现47.62%和79.13%的Al2O3提取率。经800~1100℃直接烧结1小时后,CCFA和LCFA中由于生成钙长石而明显提高了Al2O3的提取率。在FCFA和ACFA中添加钙质助剂经900℃烧结可生成钙长石,Al2O3提取率可以分别达到85.31%和70.22%。

Investigation on Alumina Extraction Potential of Class-F Coal Fly Ash

Abstract:
Four representative Class-F coal fly ash (CFA) including low calcium contained ash (FCFA), high calcium contained ash (CCFA), high alumina contained ash (ACFA) and high loss on ignition ash (LCFA) were selected to investigate chemical compositions, phase components and chemical reactivity, causes of alumina extraction varieties and a novel method for elevating alumina extraction from CFA using the measurements such as XRF, XRD and hydrochloride acid extraction. The results showed that mullite and quartz were major minerals in FCFA, quartz and calcium oxide in CCFA, mullite in ACFA and amorphous phases in LCFA. The alumina content in CCFA and LCFA mainly presented in the amorphous phase and 47.62% and 79.13% of Al2O3 can be directly extracted from these two ash using hydrochloride acid. The Al2O3 extraction from CCFA and LCFA sintered at 900 oC for one hour increased largely due to the formation of anorthite. Anorthite were formed in FCFA and ACFA sintered at 900 oC for one hour after the addition of calcium additive and the Al2O3 extraction increased to 85.31% and 70.22% correspondingly.
