FCC汽油萃取蒸馏脱硫效果研究

摘要:
本文开展了萃取蒸馏法脱除FCC汽油含硫化合物的研究。首先采用改进的Eliss气液两相双循环蒸馏器测定汽油和萃取溶剂的气液平衡数据,筛选出N-甲酰基吗啉为萃取蒸馏脱硫溶剂。在连续萃取蒸馏小试装置上,通过单因素试验考察了N-甲酰基吗啉的FCC汽油脱硫效果。在优化的工艺条件下,塔顶低硫精制油收率达64.18v%,硫含量26.03 mg?L-1,总脱硫率达86.30%。可以明显减少选择性加氢脱硫重馏分的处理量。PONA分析结果表明,萃取蒸馏过程还能有效地将大部分高辛烷值的烯烃组分转移到了低硫精制油中,可作为优良的欧IV汽油的高辛烷值汽油调和组分。

Desulfurization of Fluid Catalytic Cracking Gasoline by Extractive Distillation

Abstract:
Extractive distillation desulfurization of FCC gasoline was investigated in this paper. At first, modified Ellis dual-circulating vapor-liquid distiller was used to measure vapor-liquid equilibrium data of gasoline and solvent. N-formyl morpholine (NFM) was selected as the optimum solvent for extractive distillation desulfurization. According to single factor experiments, the desulfurization effect of FCC gasoline with NFM was investigated on a continuous extractive distillation apparatus. At the optimal conditions, the yield of distillate refined gasoline reached to 64.18v%, sulfur content of refined gasoline was 26.03 mg?L-1, and the desulfurization efficiency reaches up to 86.30%. PONA analysis results showed that most of olefins with high octane value were transferred to the distillate refined oil. It can be used as blending components for producing Europe IV standard gasoline.
