中文摘要: 以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4),二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷(乙烯基双封头)为主要原料制备了3种具有不同乙烯基质量分数的端乙烯基硅油,并将其与自制的低含氢硅油和二氧化硅等助剂固化制备了3种具有不同交联密度的硅凝胶。分别采用氢核磁共振(1H-NMR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和万能测试仪等手段对端乙烯基硅油的结构及固化后的硅凝胶的性能进行表征,结果表明:乙烯基硅油结构符合实验分子设计;制品的热稳定性与交联密度和Si-O键的含量相关;随着交联密度增加,硅凝胶拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率下降,二氧化硅交联点彼此聚集,聚集区数量减少,交联点尺寸变大。

Abstract:Three kinds of silicone gels with different crosslinking densities were prepared by silicon oxide,homemade low hydrogen containing silicon oil and three vinyl silicon oils with different vinyl contents which synthesized using octamethyl-cyclotetrasiloxane and divinyl-tetramethyl-disiloxane as the main raw materials.The structure of vinyl silicon oil and the properties of silica gels after curing were characterized by 1H-NMR、FT-IR、TGA、SEM and universal mechanical tester.The test results showed that the structure of vinyl silica gel accorded with molecule design;The thermal stability of silicon gels was related to the crosslinking densities and the Si-O bond content;With the increase of crosslinking density of silicon gels,the tensile strength increased and the elongation at break decreased at the macro level.The number of silicon oxide in the crosslinking area decreased but the size increased at micro level.
